Jonathan Brandling-Harris
Jonathan began his career as a professional rugby player and during a successful 10 year career, played both domestically and internationally – teams included Saracens and Bristol, and abroad in Italy, Australia and New Zealand. Following his retirement from professional sport, Jonathan went on to discover a new passion for business and pursued a second career in the property industry

Ben Sloane
Ben Sloane has carved an illustrious history in the property industry that spans almost two decades. Prior to co-founding House Collective, Ben spent over 12 years at a large and well-known corporate firm where he was Regional Director for North West London and winning a number of industry awards and implementing various innovative strategic changes across the entire company, and then running a highly respected boutique agency as the Lettings Director where he radically increased both revenue and tenancies year-on-year. His unrivalled understanding of both the independent and corporate approaches to the property market make him an essential ingredient in the DNA of House Collective.

Richard Bryce
Before co-founding House Collective, Richard was at the celebrated boutique agency Aston Chase. He has an enviable reputation in the property industry and a vast wealth of experience–his modest, personal approach and conscientious attention to detail is matched only by his comprehensive understanding of the lettings process

Max Martin
Max is an established member of the House Collective team and is highly respected both within the office and the area. Prior to joining House Collective, Max worked for Hamptons International in St John's Wood & the surrounding areas before being promoted to an associate at their flagship office in Islington. He is hugely experienced, well connected and happy to help!

Will Vaughan
Will has a reputation for working hard for his clients and simplifying what can be a stressful and unnecessarily complicated process with effective communication. Will worked in and ran the Notting Hill Office of John D Wood & Co. from 2013 to 2021. Estate Agency is ‘in the blood’; Will’s parents have their own Agency in Stratford Upon Avon, where Will briefly worked after his time at Newcastle University.

Toby Andersson
Prior to joining House Collective, Toby worked alongside both Ben Sloane and Richard Bryce at the respected boutique agency, Aston Chase. From Aston Chase Toby moved to JLL where he was a key player within their Prime Central London team, dealing largely with their Marylebone and Mayfair portfolios. Now, with a strong understanding of the Central & Northwest London markets Toby has joined the team as an associate in order to help grow and strengthen our Prime Central London lettings portfolio.

Nikkita Mattison
Nikkita is the Head of Support & Administration for the House Collective group across all locations. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge built up over 10 years within the industry, having joined us directly from previously working in the same role for a highly reputable Property Development firm.

Jerome Walker
Jerome joins House Collective with over 12 years extensive experience in the North West London property market, most recently following a five year stay at TK international, the premier boutique agency in Hampstead as Associate Director and head of lettings. Prior to this he had spent 5 years with Chancellors, initially growing their Highgate office before moving on to manage their flagship office is St Johns Wood. Jerome prides himself on offering a personal service with a commitment to providing honest advice and cultivating long term relationships.
