Jonathan Brandling-Harris

Jonathan began his career as a professional rugby player and during a successful 10 year career, played both domestically and internationally – teams included Saracens and Bristol, and abroad in Italy, Australia and New Zealand. Following his retirement from professional sport, Jonathan went on to discover a new passion for business and pursued a second career in the property industry

Richard Bryce

Before co-founding House Collective, Richard was at the celebrated boutique agency Aston Chase. He has an enviable reputation in the property industry and a vast wealth of experience – his modest, personal approach and conscientious attention to detail is matched only by his comprehensive understanding of the lettings and sales markets.

Will Vaughan

Will has a reputation for working hard for his clients and simplifying what can be a stressful and unnecessarily complicated process with effective communication. Will worked in and ran the Notting Hill Office of John D Wood & Co. from 2013 to 2021. Estate Agency is ‘in the blood’; Will’s parents have their own Agency in Stratford Upon Avon, where Will briefly worked after his time at Newcastle University.

Jerome works across sales and lettings and has approaching 20 years’ experience in the prime London property market. Having worked in Fitzrovia, Hampstead, Highgate, St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill and Queens Park, Jerome has a extensive knowledge of these areas and prides himself on offering a personal service with a commitment to providing honest advice and cultivating long term relationships.
